Helpful host, explained everything, showed to rooms. Good value compared to other Europe places. Comfortable bed, spacious room, hot water/shower. Silky, clean, new bed clothes. Nice staff, walked to room. Perfect location by public transport, near central station. 5min to station, 15min to city center, 35min to airport. Option to walk to attractions. Clean hotel, excellent WiFi. Safe for solo female travelers. Recommend for anyone alone or with friends/partner.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and stayed up late to let me in, despite my late arrival. The room I had was huge, even though I was only traveling alone. The hotel is located really near the main station and relatively close to Köln Dom, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city center.

The location was convenient, with just a short walk to the city's hub. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with towels provided. The gentleman at reception was kind and helpful, providing us with a map of the city and explaining everything. We had a great night's sleep, thanks to the comfortable beds. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.

This hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and supermarkets. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The staff are helpful and attentive, making sure guests have everything they need. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great way to start the day.
